The Media Centre of Verlagsgruppe Passau

Verlagsgruppe Passau moved into its headquarters, the Media Centre in Passau-Sperrwies, on 6 May 1995 after two years of construction work.
The Media Centre was designed by the Swiss architect Sorin Sokalski. Modernity and transparency characterise the building, the external form of which is based on that of a ship. Its bows look to the east.
The building hosts the executive management of Verlagsgruppe Passau and of Neue Presse Verlags-GmbH, the general editorial offices of Passauer Neue Presse, the editorial offices of the Am Sonntag advertiser, and Passau's radio centre with the radio stations unserRadio and Radio Galaxy. The NPV printing centre is very close by.
